TERMS OF Service

By accessing or using the **Funny.CEO** platform (operated by Funny CEO LLC), you agree to be bound by these high-octane terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately abort your session.

"The stage is for comedy; the platform is for business."

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Bypassing security protocols or attempting unauthorized administrative access.
• Manipulating the ticket marketplace or pricing algorithms for fraudulent gain.
• Posting content that violates our community standards for professional talent.
• Automating interactions with the platform (botting) without written consent.

Funny CEO LLC provides the platform "as-is." While we strive for 100% stage-ready uptime, we are not liable for lost sets, bombing in front of a live audience, or technical hiccups beyond our command.

• "FUs" (Funding Units) are the internal currency of Funny.CEO and carry no cash value outside the Platform.
• FU purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
• Tips sent to comedians are final and non-reversible once sent.
• Funny CEO LLC acts as an intermediary for ticket sales and talent bookings. The contract for a performance is between the Venue and the Comedian or Fan — not with us.
• Where we hold funds pending settlement, we hold them as an intermediary and not as a bank; no interest accrues to you.

You keep ownership of everything you make. Comedians represent that they hold the rights to the material they upload or perform. Venues are responsible for the safety and management of their premises during shows booked through the Platform.

You grant Funny CEO LLC a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and promote the content you post, for the purpose of operating and marketing the Platform. That licence ends when you delete the content, save for copies already distributed or retained in backups. Funny.CEO and its logos are trademarks of Funny CEO LLC.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for providing accurate registration information. Funny CEO LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Funny CEO LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms. Material changes are published here with a new effective date, and the version in force when you registered is recorded against your account.
