Katya Zamolodchikova

Brian Joseph McCook, better known by stage name Katya Zamolodchikova, is a drag queen, actor, author, and recording artist whose drag persona originated in Boston, Massachusetts. Katya rose to fame after placing fifth on the seventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race and returning as runner-up on the second season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, and then starring alongside fellow Drag Race alum Trixie Mattel in the award-winning World of Wonder web series UNHhhh, now in its seventh season. Katya and Trixie Mattel also star in Netflix’s I Like to Watch series on YouTube and host their award-winning podcast The Bald and the Beautiful on the Studio71 network. In the publishing world, the duo have published two nonfiction books and have an official coloring book on the way. Katya has appeared on television in scripted roles on Lucifer and Room 104 and also as herself in an episode of the viral hit Showtime series Ziwe.
