That Metal Show Annual Holiday Bash

Located in the heart of Clifton on Van Houten Avenue, Dingbatz has been a staple of the North Jersey underground scene since it was founded by Freddy Dingo in May 2004. Known as a "no-nonsense" home for live performance, this intimate venue offers a high-energy, dive-bar atmosphere where fans stand just feet from a 20-foot wide stage. Its gritty, welcoming environment and professional sound system make it a favorite for those seeking an authentic, up-close experience. While famously a sanctuary for heavy rock and metal, Dingbatz regularly expands its calendar to include comedy showcases, improv acts, and local stand-up nights. The room provides a raw, high-intensity backdrop for rising headliners like Tim Rager and various local "killers" who thrive in its tight-knit setting. Whether you’re catching a comedy showcase or visiting its sister venue, Dingo’s Den, across the street, Dingbatz remains a premier destination for raw, unfiltered entertainment in the neighborhood.
