Located on Chartiers Avenue in McKees Rocks, the Roxian Theatre Presented By Citizens is a restored landmark originally opened in 1929 as a vaudeville house. Following a $9 million renovation in 2019, the venue emerged as a premier destination for live entertainment just minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. The theater blends historic charm with modern production, offering an intimate setting where fans can enjoy performances from either the general admission floor or the balcony. The Roxian is a key stop for national comedy tours, hosting everything from alternative stand-up to major ensemble productions. Notable performers who have graced its stage include David Cross, Steve Byrne, and the *Comedy Bang! Bang!* live tour. Whether showcasing rising stars or industry veterans, the venue provides a warm, professional atmosphere that makes it a favorite for comedy fans seeking a high-quality live experience in Western Pennsylvania.
