Erykah Badu

Widely celebrated as the "Queen of Neo Soul," Erykah Badu has evolved into a formidable force in the world of performance art, blending her legendary musicality with a sharp, improvisational wit that rivals top-tier stand-up. Known for her "unpopular opinions" and a stage presence that is as much a comedy set as it is a spiritual ritual, Badu has captivated audiences at major events like the Netflix Is A Joke festival. Her live shows are a masterclass in storytelling, where she effortlessly pivots from soul-stirring vocals to punchy, satirical observations on culture and life. With five Grammy Awards and a career spanning three decades, Badu’s comedic timing is a core element of her "LIVE" 2026 tour. Fans flock to her shows not just for the hits like "Tyrone" and "On & On," but for the unpredictable, conversational interludes that turn massive arenas into intimate "roast sessions.
